Find a coach to offer some support, and to guide you in your training. Know that we can all use some support here and there on the journey, stay open to new ideas or approach from a coach you trust and feel aligned with.
Most coaches have cameras these days to videotape your stroke, which I find is invaluable. Seeing yourself is one thing, but also being able to play it through in slow motion with a coach offering feedback is invaluable.
